Typographical Errors
In the event that a Discount Borders product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Discount Borders reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Discount Borders reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Discount Borders shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Return Policy
YOU NEED A RETURN AUTH. NUMBER FOR ALL RETURNS Returns on wallpaper and borders must be made within 30 days of Purchase. There is a 25% restock fee on all Regular Returns. We do Not pay for shipping regular returns back to us. Please check all your merchandise immediately for damage or defects. If the Merchandise is defective, Please notify us immediately. We will replace the Item, or if not available we will give you a full refund. If the merchandise is damaged or defective, Please do not send it back on your own. We will send a return tag for this Item. You do Not have to pay shipping on the replacement or on the return of defective Items. To make a regular return please email us. We will provide you with a return authorization Number. NO RETURNS will be accepted without this number. If a Item is damaged during shipping you will need to contact the carrier immediately, and report this to them. If possible look at package when it arrives, if seriously damaged ask the driver to remain while you check the contents. If there is missing Items, or the merchandise is damaged do not accept it from the carrier.
